AI INFRASTRUCTURE FOR GOVERNMENT

Trust, security and governance

AI infrastructure needs verifiable controls, not vague assurances.

This center summarizes the principles TicoNeural uses when designing systems for governments and private organizations. Final controls are documented and validated against each deployment's scope, data and risk profile.

Architecture and sovereignty

We design on-premises, private-cloud and hybrid deployments. The placement of models, data, indexes and backups is agreed with the organization and recorded in the approved architecture.

  • Separation of data, knowledge and inference layers
  • Service segmentation and least privilege
  • Portability and documentation for critical components

Data and privacy

We apply data minimization, information classification and agreed retention rules. We do not claim automatic compliance: the organization's qualified legal and technical teams must review each applicable obligation.

  • Role-based access
  • Encryption in transit and, where applicable, at rest
  • Source and knowledge-change traceability

Model and agent governance

Systems are designed with action boundaries, human approval points and enough evidence to investigate outcomes. Every agent capability is enabled explicitly.

  • Evaluation before production
  • Operational logs and observability
  • Human escalation for sensitive decisions

Continuity and response

Operations define accountable owners, backups, monitoring and recovery procedures proportional to the service. Availability objectives are agreed contractually rather than assumed.

  • Backup and recovery plan
  • Incident and change management
  • Periodic dependency and access reviews

Evidence by design

Evidence available by engagement

  • Architecture and data-flow diagrams
  • Integration, model and provider inventory
  • Access and responsibility matrix
  • Evaluation and acceptance criteria
  • Change, test and decision logs
  • Operations, backup and exit plan

Scope of this center

This page describes design practices. It is not, by itself, a certification, an independent audit or a universal compliance guarantee. Applicable evidence is delivered within the agreed scope of each system.
