General terms

1. Scope and order of precedence

Visiting this site, submitting a form, or joining an introductory conversation does not by itself create a service relationship or require either party to proceed. When a specific written instrument has been executed, that instrument controls the project and prevails over this page where the two differ.

2. Services and engagement stages

TicoNeural designs, evaluates, integrates, and operates artificial-intelligence infrastructure, automation, retrieval systems, software, and related integrations. An engagement may begin with an assessment, controlled pilot, implementation, or operational support according to the written scope.

An assessment or pilot is intended to produce evidence. It does not guarantee a later implementation, exclusivity, procurement award, or automatic continuation.

3. Scope, schedule, and changes

Deliverables, acceptance criteria, responsibilities, dependencies, schedule, and commercial conditions are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Estimates may change when integrations, constraints, data conditions, approvals, or risks appear that were not part of the known scope.

A timeline mentioned in informational material is not a commitment for a particular project unless it is expressly included in the agreed document.

4. Client responsibilities

The organization evaluating or contracting services is expected to:

• Designate accountable stakeholders who can make decisions and approve deliverables.
• Provide information, access, and feedback that it is authorized to share.
• Disclose known technical, administrative, regulatory, and security constraints.
• Validate that its intended use of data, systems, and outputs is consistent with its obligations.

5. Data, security, and infrastructure

Data location, access, retention, backup, deletion, and processing must be defined for each service. The client retains authority over its data and must have the rights required to use it. TicoNeural applies the controls described in the agreed scope; those controls do not replace the client's own privacy, security, records, or continuity responsibilities.

6. Intellectual property and licenses

Ownership and license terms for code, configuration, documentation, models, third-party components, and background technology are defined in the specific agreement. Client-provided data, trademarks, and materials remain subject to the rights the client represents it holds. TicoNeural retains its pre-existing technology, methods, and reusable components unless a written agreement says otherwise.

7. Third-party services and AI outputs

A solution may depend on cloud services, models, APIs, messaging, hardware, or other third-party products governed by their own terms and availability. Material dependencies are documented when they are part of the scope.

AI systems can produce incomplete or incorrect outputs. Human review, validation, and authorization should be proportional to the process risk. Unless an approved design provides sufficient controls, generated content should not be the sole basis for decisions affecting rights, obligations, or critical services.

8. Fees, support, suspension, and termination

Fees, taxes, invoicing, support, service levels, suspension, and termination are governed by the applicable written instrument. TicoNeural does not begin paid work or assume operational commitments merely because an inquiry was submitted.
